Fisher Berkowich is a Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer with DelVal Mortgage specializing in new construction financing, including Construction-to-Permanent loans. With a background as a Financial Advisor, Fisher combines financial expertise with a personalized approach to help clients make confident home financing decisions. While new construction is a key area of focus, he is experienced in assisting clients with a wide range of mortgage products, including conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, jumbo, refinance, and investment property loans.
A lifelong resident of Chester and Lancaster Counties, Fisher is passionate about serving his local community. Outside of work, he enjoys volunteering with youth organizations and competing in marathons.
